Who we are

Strancer AI Labs ("Strancer", "we", "us") operates strancer.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to contact@strancer.com.

Information you give us

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

  • Contact and consultation-call forms: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), preferred call date and time, and your message.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • AI assistant: your name, work email and company, and the messages you exchange with the assistant.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Without consent, Google Analytics runs without setting cookies.
  • Campaign attribution: when you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source or an ad click ID), we keep a record of that campaign, the referring site and your landing page in your browser. If you submit a form, this is sent along with it so we know which campaign led to your enquiry.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry, schedule calls and provide the services you ask about.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To operate the AI assistant and improve its answers.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the website. They process information on our behalf:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) for website analytics.
  • A third-party AI service provider to generate the AI assistant's replies — the messages you send to the assistant are processed by this provider.
  • Our hosting and database providers, which store form submissions.

Cookies and your choices

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps analytics cookies off. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry, newsletter and assistant records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them unless we are required to keep them by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given, by emailing contact@strancer.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
